SO I am debating whether or not Frank will get a new costume this year. I purchased the ram costume from Target last year that was on sale after Halloween, so technically he has not worn it yet. I'm browsing through the pet costumes on party city and am greatly debating now. Maybe Frank should be Frankenstein...teehee. I had to torture the poor baby and put his ram costume on today for a test drive:
